OPA Works is a program that was created by Our Pride Academy, a nonprofit 501 (c)(3), to train and employ the increasing number of young adults with developmental disabilities. Our philosophy is the belief that every person is capable of working competitively in the community if the right kind of job and work environment can be found. We strive to provide jobs for these talented individuals within a progressive, forward-thinking, and dynamic culture.
